PHILOSOPHY
Wendy Berman has been working as a hair color specialist and technical consultant to many top hair color companies both in the United States and Internationally for over 30 years. Her most recent accomplishment is that she has been voted Woman of the year by the National Association of Professional Women.
Wendy has had the Pleasure of working for world renowned salons and talented artists including Vidal Sassoon and Sam Lapin (AKA “The father of hair color”) among others. She is now head of the color department at Chicago’s top salon, Salon Buzz Gold Coast.
Committed to educating the public and beauty professionals on the latest developments in hair coloring, Wendy has focused on innovative techniques to enhance the way her clients look and feel. She has had 
numerous television appearances on shows such as The Oprah Winfrey Show, A.M. Chicago, WGN Television, P.M. Magazine, and featured in magazines such as Allure, Bazaar, Chicago Social, Women's Wear Daily, Chicago Magazine and The Chicago Reader.
In addition to Wendy's superb eye for color it has always been her goal to continuously research and develop healthier alternatives to traditional peroxide coloring. In doing so, She has become an expert in enzyme color methods. Enzymes afford a more natural approach to hair color yielding superior results with up to 70% less damage and requiring only half the time to process. Enzyme developer actually reduces fading and oxidation cutting down on unwanted brassiness. Enzymes work great with every shade of color from black to hi lift blonds.

Hair color Appointments are available Thursday through Saturday, prices start at $130 and up depending on service.
